Ok, there really is no definate profile for ChibiChibi so I just wrote this:
Chibi Chibi is the mysterious little girl who appears in the secind arc of SAILOR STARS. She only says CHIBI CHIBI or mocks someone else. She is very cute. In episode 200, ChibiChibi is revealed as the hope of Galaxia's Star Seed. She gives Sailor Moon her new powers.
